1. Honesty and Transparency

All students and staff are expected to act with the highest level of honesty, ethics, and transparency. Any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or submission of false information will result in strict disciplinary action, including cancellation of enrollment and legal proceedings where applicable.

2. Payments and Documents

Only verified payments will be accepted. Submission of fake payment screenshots, forged documents, or any fraudulent proof is strictly prohibited. Such actions will lead to immediate cancellation of enrollment, forfeiture of fees, and possible legal action.

3. Discipline and Punctuality

Students must attend classes and training sessions on time and adhere to the scheduled timings. Compliance with all institutional rules and guidelines is mandatory to maintain a productive and professional learning environment.

4. Conduct and Respect

All students are required to behave respectfully towards peers, trainers, and staff members. Any form of misconduct, harassment, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated and will result in disciplinary measures.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All training materials, videos, course content, and documents are protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or distribution of such materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Confidentiality

Maintaining the confidentiality of student information and institutional data is compulsory. No information may be shared externally without proper written authorization from SFSA.

7. Compliance and Acceptance

By enrolling at Secure Future Skill Academy, students agree to comply with this Code of Conduct. Violation of any section of this policy may result in disciplinary actions, including cancellation of admission.
