1. General Policy
At Secure Future Skill Academy (SFSA), we are committed to providing high-quality training in aviation, hospitality, and other professional fields. Our priority is to ensure a positive experience for every student and maintain transparency in all transactions.
2. Policy for Online Courses
Course materials for online courses are made available immediately after purchase. Therefore, SFSA follows a strict “No Refund” policy for online courses. Once purchased, fees will not be refunded under any circumstances.

3. Policy for Offline Courses
During offline courses, if a student faces any issues such as uniform concerns, classroom facilities, or training quality, the academy will investigate and take necessary steps to resolve the matter. Our aim is to ensure every student has a positive and valuable learning experience.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
- Admission / Registration Fees
- Course Fees (Full or Partial Payments)
- Application Processing Fees
- Examination or Certification Fees
- Online Payment Gateway Charges
- Late Payment Penalties or Fines
Once payment is made and enrollment confirmed (either online or offline), no refund will be processed.
5. Batch Transfers and Postponements
- Batch transfers are generally not allowed except in rare cases with management approval.
- If approved, a transfer fee may be applicable.
- Transfers do not entitle students to any refund.
6. Course Cancellation by Student
- If a student chooses to cancel their enrollment due to personal, academic, or professional reasons:
- No refund will be issued.
- The academy will only process the cancellation but will not reimburse any fees.
7. Course Cancellation by the Institute
- In rare circumstances where a course or batch is canceled by SFSA due to:
- Insufficient enrollment
- Faculty unavailability
- Other unforeseen reasons
- Students will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- Transfer to the next available batch, with student consent.
8. Duplicate Payments
- If a payment is accidentally made twice:
- The extra amount will be refunded within 7-10 working days after verification.
- Proof of duplicate payment and a written request must be submitted by the student.
9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Any disputes or chargebacks initiated through banks or payment gateways must be reported to SFSA immediately. Unauthorized disputes may result in legal action and cancellation of enrollment.
